So this afternoon I was accompanied by my absurdly attractive accomplice Geeta to make brownies! This particular recipe has been dubbed by my friends as "Jizz Brownie," and as unfortunate as the name is, it seems to have just stuck. It should be noted that the name has to do with its orgasmic taste, and definitely NOT any suspicious ingredients... So hopefully you like it as much too!
- 80g butter
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
You'll also need a 27 x 17 cm slab cake pan, greased and lined with baking paper on the base and sides. Preheating the oven to 150 - 160 degrees Celsius is probably a good idea too.
First, combine the butter, chocolate, brown sugar and water in a pot and stir over a low heat until the butter and chocolate melt.
Sift the flour and cocoa together into a large bowl, and mix in the coconut. Then whisk in the eggs and the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray, and then lick the spoon. Take a moment as well to notice the absolutely heavenly smell of this delicious heart-attack-to-be, because it really does smell very good. ;) Bake for about an hour, or until firm to touch. Cool the brownies in the pan before dusting with icing sugar and cutting into generous squares.
And now all that is left to do is warm up a brownie in the microwave, top with cream (I find I prefer thickened or double cream to whipped cream with these, don't know why) and fresh strawberries, eat, and jizz. Enjoy!
